Your new role

• Partner with Front Office Sales & Trading to ensure accurate trade capture and P&L reporting.
• Prepare trade recaps and term sheets for clients, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Validate trade bookings across front-to-back systems, reconciling with counterparties.
• Investigate and resolve STP and booking issues, ensuring seamless trade life cycle management.
• Collaborate with Controllers, Settlements, Confirmations, and Reconciliation teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Drive process improvements and infrastructure development to support the growth of the Equity Structured Products business.
• Deliver metrics and insightful reporting for senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-2 years of experience in a front or middle-office role at a leading financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of options, swaps, and structured products; quantitative finance background is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• A team player with strong analytical, numerical, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA and Python is a strong advantage.
