Fixed Income Trader - Established Asset Management firm

Responsibilities

1. Execute trading instructions for fixed income assets (including bonds, deposits, certificates of deposit, convertible bonds, notes, foreign exchange, etc.), ensuring optimal execution conditions.
2. Monitor market developments as required by the department and regularly provide analytical reports on market trends.
3. Assist fund managers in managing product liquidity, optimizing financing structures and costs, and support repo transactions or fund transfers in coordination with the Finance Department.
4. Support the product team in maintaining trading infrastructure, including documentation such as notes, GMRA/ISDA agreements, and counterparty management.
5. Track and manage trading risks, mitigate potential losses in specific positions through trading operations, and prepare tracking reports for relevant positions.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in economics, finance, accounting, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with emphasis on public fund trading execution.
3. Solid knowledge of accounting and finance, strong trading execution skills, and the ability to form intraday market judgments.
4. Detail‑oriented, responsible, with strong professional ethics and team spirit, and able to integrate well into the team.
