Junior Product Specialist, Asset Management (Officer / Senior Officer)

An established global fund house with deep roots across Asia is opening up a junior seat on its Hong Kong product bench. If you're early in your career and want serious breadth across investment products, this is a rare chance to sit inside the engine room of a well-resourced platform and touch everything from strategy work through to hands-on lifecycle management.

What the role looks like

1. Digging into the market — reading the competitive set, mapping trends, and flagging where the platform could sharpen or expand its lineup
2. Pressure-testing new investment concepts and helping shape them into launchable products
3. Keeping existing funds running smoothly — the operational, administrative and maintenance work that makes the platform tick
4. Working across investment, distribution, operations, legal and compliance to push initiatives through to the finish line
5. Getting involved in broader strategic thinking and whatever ad-hoc projects the team throws your way

Who we're looking for

1. 0 to 3 years of professional experience; recent graduates with meaningful & relevant internship credentials are equally welcome to apply
2. Undergraduate degree in a quantitative or data/business-facing discipline (quant finance, accounting and finance, economics, or business administration)
3. Working fluency across English, Mandarin and Cantonese
4. Solid grip on data: Excel to a strong level, plus practical exposure to modern analytics or AI-powered tools
5. Clear communicator, organised, and the kind of low-ego collaborator that a matrixed team actually wants next to them
6. Bonus points if you already know your way around the Greater China and Hong Kong asset management scene
