Product Development, Senior Officer, 1 year contract

Your new role

• Support regulatory and product-related initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Review and update product materials, including brochures, training materials, guidelines, memos, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with Product Development teams to prepare product approval and launch materials, including factsheets, checklists, product guides, and marketing collateral.
• Develop sales enablement and training materials for agency and bancassurance distribution channels.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product positioning and development activities.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of product governance and approval processes.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in insurance, preferably within product development, product management, regulatory projects, or business support functions.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and product governance processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
