Product Manager (AI / Payment / Web3)

Our client is a growing technology solutions provider building next-generation digital platforms across AI, Web3, gaming and digital payment ecosystems. With continued investment in product innovation and global platform expansion, they are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of multiple existing and upcoming platform products across their business.

Your new role

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product strategy and roadmap development through to execution and post-launch optimization.
• Define product vision, business requirements and feature priorities across AI-powered products, digital payment, Web3/Game-related initiatives.
• Drive the development of core platform capabilities, including account systems, digital wallets, payment gateways, rewards programmes, transaction processing and user engagement features.
• Work closely with engineering teams in Hong Kong and Mainland China to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing digital products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on API/SDK integrations, platform scalability and system design initiatives.
• Lead product discovery activities through market research, competitor analysis, customer feedback and data-driven insights.
• Define and monitor key product KPIs, user behaviour analytics and platform performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with business, operations and technology stakeholders to maximize user acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization opportunities.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint planning and Agile delivery processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging trends across AI, Generative AI, Web3, blockchain, digital assets, payments and gaming technologies to identify new product opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of product management experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst within technology, AI, fintech, payments, gaming, Web3 or related industries.
• Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and successfully delivering digital products from concept through launch.
• Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital Payments/Wallets, AI Products, Web3/Crypto Platforms or Gaming Ecosystems.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, transaction systems, wallet solutions, digital asset platforms or user account systems; experience with risk control functions including KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and fraud prevention would be highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of APIs, platform architecture, system integrations and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum environments and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and customer insights to drive product decisions.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Trilingual capability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred.
