Your new role

• Develop and manage relationships with UHNW and HNW clients, delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions.
• Grow assets under management (AUM), revenues, and client wallet share through new client acquisition and existing client development.
• Provide holistic advice across investments, lending, wealth planning, and other private banking solutions.
• Work closely with Investment Counsellors, Product Specialists, and support teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and private banking standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years of stable Relationship Manager experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, or Semi-Private Banking.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to bring client assets and generate sustainable revenues, supported by a strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Open to experienced Private Banking RMs, Commercial Banking RMs, Retail/Semi-Private Banking RMs, and Private Banking RMs from China.
• Strong client network, business development capabilities, and relationship management skills.
