Infrastructure & Security Analyst $35K | Leading Financial Firm,

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including system maintenance, backups, network monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Install, upgrade, and support hardware, software, and business applications.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and security controls to safeguard company information assets.
• Support cybersecurity awareness programmes and promote information security best practices across the organisation.
• Assist in DR / BCP, and related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in system administration, IT infrastructure support, or cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
