Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and process improvements.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to define solution requirements and project scope.
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off.
• Assist with implementation, training, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate project deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and UAT.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, system integrations, APIs, and data flows is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
