You will provide administrative support to senior investment professionals and assist in the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated support to senior stakeholders and investment team members
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and visa applications
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising meeting rooms
- Preparing presentation materials, meeting packs, and briefing documents
- Processing expense claims and maintaining filing systems
- Acting as a key point of contact for office administration, vendors, and visitors
- Monitoring important deadlines, meetings, and follow-up actions
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
- 3-4 years of administrative, team assistant, executive assistant, or office support experience
- Prior experience within financial services, professional services, or a corporate environment is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
