A well-established investment management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its investment team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and professional environment.
You will provide administrative support to senior investment professionals and assist in the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Responsibilities
  • Providing dedicated support to senior stakeholders and investment team members
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and visa applications
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising meeting rooms
  • Preparing presentation materials, meeting packs, and briefing documents
  • Processing expense claims and maintaining filing systems
  • Acting as a key point of contact for office administration, vendors, and visitors
  • Monitoring important deadlines, meetings, and follow-up actions
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 3-4 years of administrative, team assistant, executive assistant, or office support experience
  • Prior experience within financial services, professional services, or a corporate environment is advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently
  • Professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
