You will be joining a leading global financial institution with a strong presence across Asia Pacific. Your new role
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate client meetings and support day-to-day scheduling activities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs, and supporting materials.
- Handle expense claims, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks.
- Liaise with stakeholders across APAC and offshore teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Support internal communications, team activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative requests as required.
- Support approximately 10-12 bankers and help ensure smooth daily operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or administrative support experience.
- Prior experience within Banking, Financial Services, Professional Services, or a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or management teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using SAP Concur for expense management is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin and Cantonese would be an advantage.
