Your new role

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into system and technology solutions.
• Drive finance process improvement and automation initiatives using modern technologies such as AI, Microsoft 365 Power Platform, and RPA solutions.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise finance systems and digital applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, or related technologies.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, ETL workflows, and reporting solutions to support operational and analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Financial Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing enterprise ERP systems and business applications.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, SQL, ETL processes, and finance-related system workflows.
• Experience with Python, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, or other automation technologies.
• Good understanding of finance operations, including procurement, payment, payroll, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
