- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization
- Own the end-to-end architecture lifecycle, from business requirement analysis, solution design, technology selection, governance, implementation oversight, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Act as the in-house Solution Architect, driving architectural decisions across multiple stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and business units to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the highest standards of quality, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, standards, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly and meet architectural standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends that impact banking supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in solution architecture, with proven hands-on experience acting as an in-house architect responsible for end-to-end solution delivery from concept through production deployment and ongoing support.
- Demonstrated experience leading architecture for large-scale enterprise applications, including business requirement gathering, solution design, systems integration, data migration, implementation governance, and vendor management.
- Experience in banking, insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, software development methodologies (Agile and DevOps), and technologies such as Java, .NET Core, React, and Kong.
- Ability to balance business, operational, and technical considerations when defining enterprise solutions and target-state architectures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop pragmatic, scalable solutions.
