HNW Risk

Purpose

Provide independent second-line risk oversight for High-Risk HNW bespoke requests (from customers and brokers) within the Group.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and independently challenge high-risk HNW bespoke requests end-to-end, including risk rationale, mitigations, documentation, and approval conditions.
2. Ensure customer behaviour due diligence is robust (behaviour vs. purpose/activity), identifying conduct/reputational concerns and required actions.
3. Ensure all LBUs follow the Group HNW working standard, identifying gaps/inconsistencies and driving remediation.
4. Manage risk discussions and appropriate escalation to senior stakeholders (e.g., HK/SG CRO and relevant group forums).

Experience

1. 10–15 years experience in insurance industry (Exposure on Customer Risk DD and HNW is a MUST)
