Director, Financial Institutions Group (FIG)

Role: Lead FI/NBFI coverage in Shanghai, reporting directly to the Head of FIG China and China CEO.

Growth: Acquire strategic clients—including securities, asset managers, insurance, and leasing firms—and drive cross-selling.

Oversight: Manage credit file approvals, monitor counterparty/operational risks, and track key market developments.

Strategy: Partner with leadership on budgeting, sales targets, performance tracking, and cross-departmental operations.

Requirements: Master’s degree, 8+ years in finance, native English/Mandarin fluency, and travel readiness (CPA/CFA preferred).
