Finance Manager - High-Growth Fintech Platform

Our client is a fast-growing, digital financing platform in Hong Kong . Reporting directly to the CFO in a lean finance team, thisFinance Manager will oversee end-to-end financial reporting, statutory audits, tax, and regulatory compliance, while partnering closely with executive leadership to support business growth.

Job Duties:

1. Drive end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual closes under HKFRS/IFRS
2. Lead external statutory audits, oversee internal control procedures, and maintain robust financial risk management
3. Support company license renewals, review AML policies/procedures, and manage corporate tax filings with external representatives
4. Assist the CFO with operational enhancements, financial modeling, and ad-hoc business analysis
5. Collaborate across departments and deliver clear financial presentations to senior leadership and external advisors

Job Requirements:

1. 4–6 years of relevant experience with a Big 4 audit background (Financial Services ideally); straight big 4 candidates in this area are welcome to apply too
2. Strong command of HKFRS/IFRS
3. Highly presentable, agile, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of broad duties in a lean team
4. Professional fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
