Data Analyst (1-year contract)

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis using Python, PySpark, and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities from large datasets.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategy, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Participate in GenAI initiatives, including AI agent, chatbot, and intelligent automation development to enhance business efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analytics with strong hands-on skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across business and technology teams.
• Exposure to Generative AI, AI agents, chatbots, Copilot, or LLM-based solutions is highly preferred.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred.
