Institutional Sales Support, Asset Management

Responsibility:

1. Client-Facing Presentation & Investment Process Explanation: Regularly accompany the sales team to onsite and offsite client meetings, presenting the firm's investment process, operational workflows, and post-investment servicing framework.
2. Post-Investment Relationship Management: Oversee the production and delivery of customized client reports and portfolio reviews. Conduct regular holdings review calls.
3. Segregated Mandate Management: Facilitate the setup, ongoing maintenance, and operational support for segregated mandate accounts, ensuring compliance with both client agreements and internal policies.
4. Team Operations & Development : Collaborate with institutional sales to implement internal initiatives, including tracking and analyzing sales activities, performance reviews, and developing internal training programs.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a renowned university.
2. 5 years relevant experience in renowned financial institution (either buyside or sellside)
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
