We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to join a dedicated team managing over 400 firewalls and 20 load balancers at a leading financial firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute firewall OS upgrades for Palo Alto (PAN-OS) and Fortinet (FortiOS) across a large-scale environment.
• Provide L2 security operations and troubleshooting for firewall-related incidents and requests.
• Conduct pre-upgrade assessments, including compatibility checks, release note review, and risk analysis.
• Perform configuration backups and define rollback strategies before any implementation.
• Manage and troubleshoot security policies (NAT, firewall rules), VPNs (IPSec, SSL VPN), and routing & connectivity issues.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto (PAN-OS) and Fortinet (FortiOS) firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of security policies (NAT, firewall rules), VPNs (IPSec, SSL VPN), and troubleshooting routing & connectivity issues.
• Exposure to proxy, load balancer (F5 or similar), Citrix, DLP, or IAM.
• Familiarity with enterprise security operations and change management processes.
• Experience in financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
