Application Support Sr. Manager/Director, Investment

Key Areas Of Responsibilities

1. Provide functional support on Calypso, TBricks, Imagine, and other in-house systems to users
2. Mentor junior team members and provide training to new joiners in the team
3. Work on morning / afternoon shifts to perform health checks and monitoring of critical systems
4. Incident escalation and management
5. Manage change requests from development and infrastructure teams and other configuration changes
6. Configure system monitoring rules and respond to monitoring alerts
7. Maintain documentation on operational procedures and technical environment configuration
8. Perform BCP drills and help with IT security and audit review
9. Leads projects related to new system and server deployment
10. Other tasks as directed by the manager

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or an IT related discipline from a prestigious institution
2. Around 10 years of experience in system support of Calypso or Front Office systems for Equity Derivatives or FICC products

(candidates with less experience could be considered as 'Sr. Support Analyst')

1. Good knowledge of SQL
2. Proficiency in Windows and Linux server commands and shell scripts
3. Good understanding of server and network infrastructure
4. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills and excellent communication skills in English
5. (Chinese speaking will be advantage)
