Project Manager (Life Insurance - Transformation & Product Launch)

Our client, a leading insurance company, is expanding their Life Insurance Product Team to support critical, high-impact business operations initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a major new product launch across branch distribution channels and contribute to long-term 2027 modernization and infrastructure updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities across business initiatives
• Drive project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver change programs successfully
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change processes
• Support product launch initiatives and business transformation efforts
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery
• Strong understanding of business change and transformation management
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services environments would be a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent Cantonese and English
