Project Manager (Life Insurance - Business Transformation)
Our client, a leading insurance company, is expanding their business operations team to support critical, high-impact project initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for a major new product launch across branch distribution channels, while driving broader change processes and long-term 2027 modernization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management across business operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute a high-priority product launch through the branch distribution channel.
• Understand, advocate for, and drive structured change management processes across business and operational units.
• Oversee planning cycles for 2027 infrastructure updates, assessing key feature requirements and business readiness.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, business analysts, and technical leads to maintain clear project momentum and risk mitigation.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Senior-level PM with 5+ years of experience managing business-side projects.
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience at relevant banking/insurance operating environments is highly preferred.
• Core Strengths: Strong end-to-end project management toolkit with proven capability to drive organizational and operational change.
• Languages: Professional fluency in both Cantonese and English (written and spoken) is required.
