Our client, a leading Financial MNC looking for a Junior Digital Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation initiatives across digital platforms and emerging AI solutions. This role offers strong exposure to both front-end customer journeys and backend systems within the insurance domain, along with hybrid working flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and define business requirements for digital platform enhancements
  • Drive end-to-end BA activities across customer-facing web/mobile applications and backend policy administration systems
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in AI-driven initiatives, including use cases such as automation, personalization, and analytics-driven decision-making
  • Conduct workflow analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and quality standards
  • Work closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver iterative digital solutions
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication across regional and local teams
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within insurance or financial services
  • Hands-on experience in digital projects (e.g., customer portals, mobile apps, online journeys)
  • Strong understanding of frontend-backend integration and system flows
  • Exposure to or interest in AI / data-driven / automation initiatives is highly preferred
  • Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or API documentation tools
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodology
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
