About the Role
A leading insurance organisation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join their expanding digital transformation team. This role offers the opportunity to drive change, enhance agile delivery, and contribute to innovative projects that are reshaping how insurance services are delivered.
Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed across delivery teams
• Support project planning, tracking, reporting and risk management for digital initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Maintain clear communication channels and documentation to ensure visibility across all project stages
• Assist in resource coordination and project budgeting
• Encourage continuous improvement across processes and team performance
• Help resolve impediments to progress and escalate issues where necessary

Qualifications & Skills

• 4-5+ years of experience in project management/business analyst roles, ideally within financial services or insurance
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, transformation initiatives, and system integration
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus
