Digital Project Manager, insurance - 1 year contract

Your new role

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including requirements gathering, UI/UX design coordination, release planning, change management, testing, and implementation.
• Drive digital platform, application, and data management initiatives to ensure successful business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to define project scope and delivery roadmap.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate business analysis activities, translating business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth project execution.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation, application development, or platform implementation projects.
• Strong project management and/or business analysis background within insurance, financial services, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders across both business and technology functions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in digital app development, customer engagement platforms, marketing technology, or customer journey transformation projects is highly preferred.
