Production Support (Banking, 40K)

We are seeking an experienced Production & Application Support professional to oversee application stability, infrastructure operations, and support delivery across distributed teams for one of our Top Tier Banking Clients.

Your new role

• Investigate and resolve issues across applications, operating systems, infrastructure, batch processes, and system interfaces to determine root causes and restore normal operations.
• Perform system administration and diagnostics using Linux and Windows tools.
• Execute controlled production changes, including configuration updates, patch deployments, service management, and system recovery activities.
• Manage change records and support production releases by conducting validation checks, preparing rollback procedures, and confirming successful implementation.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, technical procedures, and support runbooks.
• Follow security-compliant practices when managing privileged system access.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in production support, application support, or IT operations.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally managing remote or distributed support teams.
• Strong Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Practical experience with ITIL processes, ITSM platforms, incident management, and change management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
