Senior Relationship Manager, Greater Bay Area Corporate Banking

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish long-term cooperative relationships with customers from SME industry, especially those in science and technology innovation enterprise
2. Explore new customers and business opportunities by promoting deposits, loans, cash management and other banking products
3. Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to evaluate client business model and risk profiles
4. Prepare credit proposals and annual credit reviews for customers
5. Explore cross-selling opportunities, improve service quality and revenue
6. Collaborate with different departments and teams to jointly maintain an overall consistent customer management ecosystem
7. Responsible for KYC and AML for customers
8. Monitor and manage risk profiles of loan portfolios

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing and other related majors are preferred
2. At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, capable of handling lending and deposit portfolio independently
3. Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
4. Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills
5. Priority will be given to candidates with financial technology background
6. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
7. Good logical thinking ability
8. Priority will be given to those with Type 1 and Type 4 licenses under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
9. For candidates possessing exceptional professional working experience, certain standards and qualifications may be relaxed, and competitive compensation packages may be available. Those with substantial relevant experience may also be considered for roles such as Senior Relationship Manager or Team Head.
