Your New Role
- Manage and support payroll processes across APAC.
- Act as the key payroll contact for employees, HR, tax teams, legal entity controllers, and external payroll vendors.
- Liaise directly with tax authorities on payroll and tax-related matters when required.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations.
- Handle payroll accounting and compliance activities within a finance function.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 2-3 years of payroll experience, ideally covering multinational payroll operations; payroll agency or Big Four backgrounds are welcomed.
- A strong understanding of Income/ salary tax regulations.
- Oracle Cloud Payroll experience would be highly advantageous.
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
