Your new role

• Act as a trusted technical advisor and primary pre-sales contact for enterprise customers for IT network infrastructure
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements, technical challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Deliver customer presentations, solution workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and vendor partners to develop competitive proposals and solution architectures.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and technology partners.
• Keep abreast of the latest infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies and market trends.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Chinese speaking is a must
• 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Network Engineering, or Infrastructure Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including Routing & Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN, and Network Security.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, HCIP, HCIE, Azure, AWS, or equivalent will be highly regarded.
