Deputy Financial Director

Reporting to the Financial Director, the Deputy Financial Director will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the Group, including but not limited to the following:

1. Capital Markets & Corporate Governance

1. Assist in analyzing the feasibility of listings and capital-raising activities in Hong Kong, the United States, the United Kingdom and other overseas markets;
2. Assist in drafting financing plans and participating in commercial negotiations;
3. Support the improvement of the Group's corporate governance structure.

2. Treasury Management

1. Oversee the approval and allocation of daily cash flows;
2. Monitor bank account activities of the Company and its subsidiaries;
3. Arrange cross-border fund transfers in line with business needs;
4. Optimize cash management approval workflows and improve capital efficiency.

3. General Ledger & Tax Compliance

1. Lead the Group's monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes;
2. Prepare consolidated financial statements;
3. Handle tax compliance matters, including Hong Kong Profits Tax, Stamp Duty and relevant Mainland China taxes.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
2. Experience: 10+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate financial management; experience leading IPOs, asset restructuring or cross-border financing projects preferred.
3. Professional Qualifications: Professional certifications such as CPA, HKICPA, AICPA or ACCA preferred.
4. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with the regulatory requirements of Hong Kong and overseas capital markets.
5. Personal Attributes: High level of professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, strict confidentiality awareness, and proven management capability.
6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
