Analyst, Structured Real Estate Finance

The Opportunity

A leading international corporate and investment bank is looking for an Analyst to join its Real Estate Asia (ex Japan) team. This is a strong platform covering real estate financing across the region, with direct exposure to transaction execution, credit underwriting, and client-facing work from day one.

The Role

You will work closely with senior team members to support the origination and execution of real estate financing transactions across Asia. This includes end-to-end transaction work: financial modelling, credit applications, portfolio reviews, and drafting marketing materials and financing proposals for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support transaction pitching, credit assessment, and deal execution
2. Prepare financing proposals and marketing materials for prospective clients
3. Work on credit applications, annual reviews, and portfolio monitoring
4. Support business origination across the team
5. Contribute to internal and external reporting

What We Are Looking For

1. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a top university
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in financial services, ideally within banking, structured finance, or real estate
3. Open to strong Big4 advisory or assurance candidates who cover the real estate market
4. Strong Excel financial modelling and analytical skills
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. A self-starter who works well independently and within a team
7. Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
