Our client, a renowned insurance group, is seeking a passionate and driven Scrum Master. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within their dynamic Sales & Partnership Distribution Technology team, delivering impactful digital solutions. You'll be joining a forward-thinking technology division focused on shaping the future of insurance distribution channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage sprint cycles and expertly guide the team through all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) for key partnership distribution and sales technology projects.
2. Empower the team to meet delivery commitments by proactively identifying and mitigating impediments, facilitating technical discussions, and fostering a culture of accountability and psychological safety.
3. Serve as a dedicated Agile coach for the Scrum team and cross-functional business stakeholders, embedding Agile values and best practices into daily workflows.
4. Partner closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear, prioritized Product Backlog. Coordinate with parallel delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and strategic alignment across distribution workstreams.
5. Utilize burndown charts, velocity tracking, and standard Agile metrics to enhance project transparency, monitor sprint progress, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 6 years of dedicated, hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
2. A recognized Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II) is strictly required.
3. Previous experience working within sales distribution, partnership, or digital channel projects is highly preferred. Prior experience in the insurance sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
4. Strong foundational knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to effectively comprehend engineering complexities and facilitate technical discussions.
5. Outstanding facilitation and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to build consensus and forge strong relationships across IT and business units.
6. Professional fluency in Cantonese and English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
