An established securities and brokerage firm in Hong Kong is hiring an Account Manager to lead client account opening and ongoing maintenance, with room to come in anywhere from Associate to Vice President level. About the opportunity
You will own the account opening journey for new clients and keep existing accounts accurate and current, working across sales, compliance and operations to make the whole thing run smoothly.
Your focus
• Manage account opening end to end for both individual and institutional clients
• Run KYC, due diligence and AML checks, and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain existing accounts, handling periodic reviews and updates to client records
• Work closely with clients, sales, compliance and operations to keep onboarding on track
• Field client questions on account opening and account matters
• Keep everything in line with Hong Kong regulatory and internal compliance requirements
What we’re after
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field
• Account opening, client onboarding or KYC experience at a securities firm or bank, from Associate to VP level
• A good grasp of Hong Kong account opening, KYC and AML requirements
• Fluent English and Mandarin, written and spoken; Cantonese a plus
• A detail-focused, client-first mindset
