Investor Relations — Senior Analyst (Investor Servicing), Alternatives Manager

A leading Asia-focused alternative investment manager is adding a Senior Analyst to its Investor Relations team in Hong Kong. This is a post-investment seat: you look after the firm's existing institutional investors and keep them well informed. It is not a fundraising or sales role.

The role

1. Own reporting and communications to existing investors — quarterly updates, investor letters and performance materials.
2. Coordinate capital-call and distribution notices with finance, fund administration and the investment teams.
3. Handle investor queries, due diligence questionnaires and data requests, accurately and quickly.
4. Support annual meetings and investor events, and keep investor records and the investor portal in order.

You will need

1. Investor relations, investor servicing or investor reporting experience at an alternatives manager, a fund administrator or a private-bank alternatives team, at Senior Analyst level.
2. Your investor servicing experience is current or within the last two years.
3. Excellent written English. Much of this job is written, and it goes straight to institutional investors.
4. Clear, confident communication with investors and with internal deal and finance teams.
5. Accuracy and organisation — reporting deadlines, capital calls and investor data leave no room for error.
6. Private credit exposure is an advantage, not a requirement.
