Your new role

• Support the end-to-end client onboarding and account opening process for wealth management clients.
• Review and validate onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on onboarding requirements and resolving queries efficiently.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Financial Crime teams to manage exceptions and facilitate approvals.
• Contribute ideas to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
• Ensure AML, KYC, and Client Due Diligence (CDD) requirements are met in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1 to 3 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, AML, account opening, or a related banking/financial services function.
• Sound understanding of AML/KYC regulations and risk management principles.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
