Your new role

• Partner with Product Managers, designers, and engineers to create intuitive digital experiences aligned with user and business needs.
• Lead UI/UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality product outcomes.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Drive design improvements, participate in reviews, and advocate for best practices across the product team.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of UI/UX or Digital Product Design experience for web and mobile products.
• Proficient in Figma and other design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar.
• Strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments.
• Background in Web3, Gaming, Cryptocurrency, or Financial Services products is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools is an advantage.
• Nice to have:
  
  • Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to support regional and global collaboration.
