Investment Banking (Equity Capital Markets ECM / Corporate Finance) | All Levels

1. Originate, structure and execute equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, placements and other equity fundraising mandates.
2. Advise clients on capital raising strategies, HKEX Listing Rules compliance and transaction execution matters.
3. Lead and manage due diligence, valuation, financial analysis, financial modelling and preparation of transaction materials.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors and professional advisers.
5. Coordinate with regulators, legal advisers, auditors and other stakeholders to ensure successful transaction execution and completion.
6. Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the ECM and Corporate Finance franchise.
7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members where applicable.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
2. 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Corporate Finance or related advisory functions.
3. Solid experience in Hong Kong IPOs, equity fundraising transactions, Listing Rules compliance and capital markets execution.
4. Exposure to sponsor, corporate finance advisory, M&A and Takeovers Code transactions would be an advantage.
5. Strong financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling and transaction execution capabilities.
6. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
7. Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage. Candidates across all levels, from Associate to Executive/Managing Director, are welcome to apply.
