About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design future-state processes and operating models.
- Use data to assess inefficiencies and support business cases.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and NFRs.
- Produce process maps and workflow documentation.
- Partner with stakeholders, developers, and architects to deliver solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Support UAT, implementation, and change adoption.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5+ years' Business Analysis experience.
- Proven experience in process improvement and automation projects.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience creating process flows and operating models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in evolving environments.
