Associate, Research

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct primary and secondary research across the industrials and auto universe;
2. Perform fundamental and financial analysis on trends of relevant industry development;
3. Independently prepare and write company research reports, sector reports and Pre-deal research reports;
4. Respond promptly to client request for data, analysis, financial models, etc.;
5. Assist in sector related ad-hoc research projects;
6. Organize and participate in non-deal road shows, forums and company visit;
7. Responsible for marketing duty of meeting with investors;
8. Participate in departmental projects or tasks assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other relevant majors;
2. Minimum of 3 years experiences or above in investment banking, consulting, equity research or private equity or other relevant experience;
3. Experience covering the industrials and auto sectors is strongly preferred.
4. CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
6. Solid financial modeling and valuation skills;
7. Strong ability in data mining and information searching from different sources;
8. Able to write research reports complying with regulations and in-house standards;
9. Able to communicate and convince research ideas effectively;
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
11. Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
12. Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
13. Fluency in English and Mandarin；Both written and verbal communication skills;
14. Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
