Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Officer

Job Description

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet company talent demands in line with business and HR plans.
2. Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and candidate onboarding follow-up.
3. Analyze recruitment data such as hiring cycle, cost and offer rate, and drive process improvements.
4. Participate in campus recruitment activities and talent reserve projects.
5. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Psychology or related disciplines are preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment experience. Familiarity with Hong Kong recruitment platforms, strong talent acquisition capabilities and campus recruitment experience are required.
3. Possess solid analytical and judgement skills to accurately assess candidates’ competencies and qualities.
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
