Our client is a leading international law firm and global financial services provider, and they are looking for an experience Paralegals to provide support to the lawyers in their finance and funds teams.
Your main tasks are to explain the process of incorporating companies, as well as the striking off or liquidation of such entities. You are to explain to clients the costs involved in setting up entities and the requirements. You will also need to prepare formation documents for exempted companies and drafting agreements, minutes and documents based on firm precedents. You will also draft letters and agreements as well as attending to internal administrative work.
To qualify, you must have Bachelor’s degree in Law, with minimum 4 years relevant experience (we can also look at candidates who have had experience in company secretarial firm, but law firm experience is also necessary). Ability to work under pressure with fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
