UAT Tester (1-year contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Review business and system requirements
• Prepare UAT test plans, cases, and test data
• Execute UAT and record defects clearly
• Follow up with IT and vendors for defect fixes
• Coordinate with business users on testing progress
• Support go-live readiness and post-implementation checks

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of UAT or QA experience (insurance preferred)
• Understanding of insurance products or policy/claims systems
• Experience with testing and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
