IT Admin (AI Exposure) Fresh Grad is welcomed

We are looking for a Junior IT Administrator to support daily IT operations. Fresh graduates and career switchers are strongly encouraged to apply

Your new role

• Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new joiners.
• Monitor production servers, applications, and network services; acknowledge alerts and escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain user accounts and email mailboxes in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace under supervision
• Keep simple records of IT assets, software licences, and support tickets
• Learn and use approved AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT for Business) for internal tasks such as drafting emails, summarising documents, or creating simple content
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
  
• Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 0-1 year of IT-related experience (internships, part-time IT support, school projects, or personal labs are welcome)
• Interest in learning about AI tools and how they can help with everyday work.
• Good communication skills, patient attitude, and willingness to learn from senior team members
• Fresh graduates are greatly welcomed
