Senior System Analyst / System Integration Specialist

We are seeking multiple Senior System Analyst/Lead to support the delivery, integration, and ongoing operation of mission-critical securities and post-trade platforms. This role will work at the intersection of technology, operations, and business teams, ensuring seamless connectivity between trading, post-trade, settlement, custody, and market infrastructure systems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in application support, system integration, vendor management, and production stability across a complex financial services environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operation of securities and post-trade platforms.
• Work closely with business users, operations teams, technology teams, and vendors to deliver technology solutions.
• Develop and support system integrations using APIs, MQ, SFTP, and file-based interfaces.
• Analyse business requirements, data flows, messaging formats, and system connectivity.
• Provide L1/L2 application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and issue escalation.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, production releases, and post-deployment support.
• Monitor daily production processing and ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and support documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or other STEM-related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience within Financial Services technology environments.
• Strong experience supporting securities services, brokerage, trading, settlement, clearing, custody, or post-trade systems.
• Hands-on experience with MQ Server, API integration, and SWIFT messaging
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix, shell scripting, Java, Python, and relational databases.
• Experience providing L1/L2 production support for business-critical applications.
• Strong understanding of system integration, incident management, and change management processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
