ETF & Fund Sales Assistant Manager / Manager (Open to Equity Sales Candidates)

A leading global asset manager is growing its Hong Kong distribution team and is looking for a driven sales professional to help build out its ETF and fund business across the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Building relationships with institutional clients, intermediaries and asset managers across Hong Kong and Greater China
2. Promoting a well-regarded international ETF platform, while introducing clients to a broader range of actively managed fund strategies
3. Running roadshows, client meetings and webinars, and delivering market updates and training
4. Partnering with product, research and portfolio management teams on new launches and client needs
5. Acting as a key link between clients and the business, feeding market insight back into the wider team

Who we're looking for

1. 3-5 years' experience in either equity sales at a Chinese securities house, or asset management / fund distribution sales
2. Candidates currently based in mainland China and open to relocating to Hong Kong are welcome to apply
3. Fluent Mandarin and English essential; Cantonese an advantage
4. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with a genuine interest in financial markets
5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, business or a related field
6. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg knowledge a plus
