Portfolio / Program Manager (Banking Technology) We are hiring an experienced Portfolio / Program Manager to support the senior technology leaders in managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives across Cards, Lending, and Fraud.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio governance, reporting, and executive communications.
• Provide portfolio visibility, risk management, and delivery oversight across multiple programs.
• Prepare dashboards, steering committee materials, and management reports.
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Translate complex technical updates into concise executive-level communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT Project, Program, or Portfolio Management experience.
• Strong banking / financial services background.
• Proven experience engaging senior management and C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent portfolio reporting, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
