Full Stack Developer (AI & Innovation)

Job Responsibilities

1. Design, develop and implement high-performance applications using Java Spring Boot and Vue.js.
2. Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
3. Practice and promote efficient AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and system reliability.
4. Drive and lead AI initiatives within the company by identifying opportunities to apply AI and integrating AI solutions into business workflows.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and headquarter on system integration, data flows, and technical solutions.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and propose practical improvements.

Job Requirements

1. 1-3 years of proven experience as a full stack developer in application development.
2. Degree holder inComputer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates with any of the above degrees are also welcome.
3. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; familiarity with other backend frameworks is a plus.
4. Familiarity with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
5. Solid understanding of relational databases such as MySQL and SQL Server.
6. Practical experience with AI-assisted coding / vibe coding workflows and tools.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
8. Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and basic DevOps practices.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
10. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
