About the Client

Our client is a premier, highly established life insurance and wealth management institution in Hong Kong, backed by a prominent regional conglomerate. They are rapidly expanding their agency network to deliver high-net-worth financial planning, legacy management, and comprehensive protection solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Join a specialized banking-to-insurance transition program offering a structured monthly financing advance plus performance bonuses and uncapped commissions.
• Provide customized financial strategy, wealth preservation, and risk management solutions to affluent individuals and corporate clients.
• Capitalize on personal banking networks and market insights to acquire high-value clients and expand your financial advice portfolio.
• Conduct routine portfolio reviews with clients to adapt coverage and investment strategies to shifting market conditions.
• Maintain long-term client relationships to uphold high service quality and sustain high policy retention benchmarks.
• Complete structured professional onboarding and continuous development courses to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in financial institutions, with strong preference for former Relationship Managers (RMs) or wealth management specialists from retail/private banking.
• Valid qualification in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Paper 1 and Paper 3.
• Proven historical sales track record with a verifiable past annual income of HKD 250,000 or above.
• Clean financial background with a TransUnion (TU) credit rating of Grade F or above within the last 3 months.
• Excellent relationship management, presentation, and communication skills in Chinese and English.

Salary & Package Highlights

• Monthly Base Allowance: HKD 15,000 to HKD 50,000 per month fixed financing advance for the first 2 years.
• Uncapped Commission: Uncapped Commission at a high rate and bonuses on top of the monthly base allowance.
