Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery, enhancement, and lifecycle management of enterprise security platforms, including CCTV, access control, facial recognition, Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM), and connected devices .
  • Assist in solution analysis, system integration, technical assessments, and troubleshooting for new technology initiatives, enhancement projects, and legacy platforms .
  • Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and practical applications of AI/automation tools to enhance productivity and service delivery quality .
  • Coordinate project activities across all stages, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational transition .
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, action items, risks, and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when necessary .
  • Prepare clear, accurate status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for governance forums and leadership reviews .
  • Monitor vendor deliverables, service quality, issue resolution, and strict compliance with project requirements .
  • Partner closely with internal technical teams, operational stakeholders, and third-party vendors .
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
  • 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience in IT service delivery, system implementation, application support, or project coordination .
  • Practical experience with .NET/.NET Framework, JavaScript, PowerShell, microservices, Power Apps, T-SQL, and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle Database) .
  • Proven experience coordinating technology projects and managing third-party vendor deliverables .
  • Excellent written and spoken English, combined with fluent spoken Cantonese and Mandarin .
  • Ability to articulate project risks, status, and technical details to business leadership .
  • Exposure to physical security systems (CCTV, access control) and IT integration with OT devices (e.g., card readers, cameras, connected IoT equipment) .
  • Understanding of cloud services (IaaS), APIs, networking, and platform technologies relevant to IT/OT environments .
  • Professional certifications in ITIL, PMP, ScrumMaster, DevOps, COBIT, or related methodologies .
