Our client is a leading multi-manager investment platform with a strong presence in the Hedge Fund industry. They are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition to join their Human Capital team in Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for driving recruitment activities across investment and non-investment functions globally, partnering closely with hiring managers and Human Capital colleagues to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience. You will also manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and market mapping through offer management and onboarding handoff, while contributing to employer branding, talent pipeline development, and recruitment process improvements.

To qualify, you must have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline with at least 3 years of in-house talent acquisition experience. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. You should have strong sourcing and direct search capabilities with strong communication and presentation skills.
