Your new role
As a Payroll Analyst, you will support payroll processing, compensation-related accounting activities, and employee pay administration. Your new role
As a Payroll Analyst, you will support payroll processing, compensation-related accounting activities, and employee pay administration. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery while maintaining compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The role also involves data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in payroll operations, compensation administration, tax, or accounting.
- Candidates from Big 4/ accounting firms with Individual Income Tax (IIT) experience are highly preferred.
- Alternatively, experience gained from payroll service providers or payroll outsourcing firms will also be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and data-handling capabilities.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a global team environment.
- Eagerness to learn compensation accounting and payroll-related processes.
